Certified LEED
Harbor Group Management operates all properties to the LEED for Existing Buildings standard, including green cleaning, pest management, recycling, and efficiency standards. Construction projects meet LEED Interiors criteria.
Energy Star Score
Harbor Group Management benchmarks performance using the ENERGY STAR Portfolio Manager. A score of 75+ means the building performs better than 75% of similar buildings nationwide.
Green Scorecard
We track sustainability performance with a Green Scorecard measuring energy, carbon, water, and waste. Scores help prioritize reduction goals and measure year-over-year progress.
Local Recycling Guidelines
Guidelines include sorting paper, cardboard, plastic, glass, and metals. Tenants are encouraged to follow signage and use designated bins to minimize landfill waste.
